RESIDENTIAL SERVICES AIDE NIGHT SUPERVISOR

This position oversees nighttime operations in assigned living areas and ensures individuals receive appropriate care and active treatment. As a Residential Services Aide Night Supervisor, you will perform the following duties:
- Staff Supervision: Guide direct care staff by assigning tasks, observing ongoing work, and providing direction that maintains effective operations
- Training Support: Provide training and direction that helps staff build strong skills and follow established procedures
- Team Participation: Take part in interdisciplinary team meetings to share observations and contribute to planning continuous active treatment for each individual
- Incident Oversight: Assist in incident management by determining causes and recommending preventive strategies
- Shift Coordination: Maintain proper staff coverage by handling calls, organizing overtime, and coordinating assignments across living areas
- Quality Initiatives: Support facility quality improvement goals by providing data and helping identify new improvement efforts

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
- Work hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Residential Services Aide (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of paid experience performing direct care and habilitative services for individuals with a developmental disability; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
