Home Health Aide (HHA) - Pediatric Private Duty

Part-Time | Afternoon Shift | One‑on‑One Care

Location: Nanty Glo, PA

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekends Available) | 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated HHA to provide 1:1 private duty care for two wonderful pediatric siblings (ages 16 and 10). • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience
  - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
