Location: Bensalem
One Well Health Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, health and safety monitoring, and community inclusion while promoting independence and dignity.
The DSP works under supervision, follows ISP/IPP, documents daily service notes, and may travel to homes and program sites.
