Claim Benefit Specialist Ops

Position Summary

Processing Medicare claims on the HRP-Health Edge Platform. The Claim Benefit Specialist is a production-based role servicing Medicare Advantage beneficiaries.

• Review and adjudicate Medicare medical claims in accordance with CMS claim processing guidelines.
• Use strong keyboard skills, attention to detail, and work independently in a production environment.
• Apply experience in a production-based environment with an emphasis on quality outcomes.
• Process medical claims, preferably supporting Medicare products.
• Navigate multiple computer applications efficiently.
• Utilize medical terminology and coding certification.

• 1 year experience in a production environment.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Ability to research and work within several computer applications simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

• Claim processing experience.
• Computer navigation proficiency.
• Production & quality background.
• Microsoft Office tools proficiency.

High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

40 hours per week, full-time.

$17.00 - $28.46 per hour (or base annual salary) depending on experience, education, geography and other factors.
