Physical Therapist – Chestnut Hill, PA

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Chestnut Hill, PA, and seeks licensed Physical Therapists to provide one‑on‑one care to older adults across private residences, senior living communities, and through virtual services. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to shape your own treatment schedule while building lasting patient relationships.

• Provide individualized physical therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence‑based treatment sessions that promote mobility, functional independence, and quality of life.
• Document clinical findings and progress within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff on safety, functional goals, and aging‑in‑place strategies.
• Offer telehealth or virtual care when appropriate to extend access.

• Full‑time Physical Therapist – In‑Home & Senior Living Care (salaried with benefits)

• PRN / FOX Flex Physical Therapist – Home & Community Visits (pay‑per‑unit compensation)

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain one
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs occasionally and 10–25 lbs frequently; up to 10 lbs constantly.
• Perform CPR and provide moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility.
• Reposition patients, stand/walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform therapeutic activities.
• Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as required.
• Wearing PPE when required.
