Clarvidais hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This is a full-time role that supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotesage-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant,you’llfollow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education.

You’llwork directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery-oriented care.

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral healthservicesto youth (ages 2-24) across home/school/community settings
• Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
• Promoteage-appropriate functioningand skill development
• Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
• Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
• CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training
