UPMC | GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring a Medical Assistant to support urgent care centers. Responsibilities include registering patients, verifying insurance, scheduling, preparing patients for exams, taking vital signs, and performing point-of-care tests. A high school diploma and MA experience or MA certifications are required.
BLS is required; CPOE training may be needed within 2 weeks of hire. Sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and monthly incentive pay based on performance are offered.
