Responsibilities:

• Prepare all served food to the highest standards of quality and presentation

• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring efficient and timely service

• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders, adapting to meet the unique needs of our residents

• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized environment

• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes, prioritizing the health and well-being of our residents

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances, ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Prior nursing home experience is a must

• Serv Safe Certification required

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
