Comply with regulatory standards and update safety policies accordingly; conduct monthly supervisor safety training and new employee orientations;
Investigate accidents and injuries; train staff on policies and procedures; educate internal staff about health, safety, and security laws;
Meet with employees to address safety concerns and resolve complaints; maintain safety audits and training records;
Assist injured employees by evaluating injuries and coordinating transportation to medical facilities; collaborate with Worker’s Compensation department to review injuries
