Position: ED Patient access Representative (Full Time, Evenings)
Location: Orwigsburg

St. Luke's - 100 Paramount Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Greet and direct patients and visitors, ensuring courtesy and professional service;
Register patients for visits and complete pre-registration and post-registration tasks (demographics, insurance, referrals, etc.);
Verify insurance and real-time eligibility; assist with billing and collections at point of service;
Coordinate with clinical departments and revenue cycle to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate records;
Promote and facilitate MyChart patient portal and Welcome Kiosk; assist patients with On My Way technology
