Pay: $16/hour

Schedules Available:

PRN shifts as needed (Must be available for 3p-11p shifts - PRN in Wilkes Barre; hours not guaranteed)

PRN / Relief Positions:

PRN caregivers are called in as needed to cover shifts for absent employees or fill open positions. There are no guaranteed hours or set schedule. To remain active, PRN staff must work at least one shift per month.

Please read the requirements carefully:

Must have a valid full Driver's License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate and willing to transport clients in company van

Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression

What you'll bring to Sevita:

  • Education:

    High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:

    Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Skills:

    Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors:
    Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle:
    Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
