Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking Behavioral Health First Responders (BHFRs) for the A-Team Allegheny County Mobile Crisis program. This full-time role responds to behavioral health emergencies in the community, providing crisis intervention and support to individuals and families in crisis.
The BHFR will work with police, EMS, fire/rescue, and community agencies to connect people to treatment, housing, and resources, promoting recovery and safety in challenging moments.
