Full-time day shift: 6:45am - 3:15pm with call requirement

Part-time day shift: two 10 hour shifts: 8:00am - 6:00pm or 9:00pm - 7:00pm with call requirement

As a Periop Tech, you will work with Surgical Technicians, OR Nurses, Anesthesia and Surgeons to provide personal and environmental care and comfort to patients undergoing surgery. In this role, you will be knowledgeable in both the operation and care of specialized instruments and equipment used by our Surgical and Anesthesia team.

    Periop Tech's are responsible for positioning, lifting and/or transferring patients as well as cleaning and sterilizing the Operating Room and OR equipment after each procedure. You would also help transport specimens, manage inventory and maintain adequate supply levels.

Experience:

Previous Operating Room, anesthesia tech or related Health Care experience required.

Education:

High School diploma or GED required.

Licensures/

Certifications:

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
