*** We're recruiting for the upcoming school year for full time and part time positions in Monroe County, PA to work with our clients in the home, school, and community settings.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN (BHT) / REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)?

As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)/Registered Behavior Technician at Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC, you'll play a crucial role in providing direct 1:1 behavioral health intervention to individuals between the ages of 2 to 21. Working under the supervision of a Behavior Consultant (BC) and Assistant-Behavior Consultant (A-BC), you'll implement treatment plans in various settings like homes, schools, daycares, and the community.

Your responsibilities will include delivering interventions focused on social skills, life skills, and adaptive functioning to transfer skills proactively to clients and caregivers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of behavioral health. Compliance with IBHS regulations and MCO guidelines is essential as you work on targeted treatment goals outlined in Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP). Be prepared to engage in direct client interaction, conduct necessary paperwork daily, and submit weekly reports to the office for review.
