Sign-On Bonus Opportunities
Up to $20,000 Available
+ $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for experienced nurses with 1 or more years of RN experience

+ Maintains clear, thorough documentation to support care continuity

Professional Engagement and Quality Improvement
+ Participates in shared governance, unit initiatives, and practice improvement
+ Adapts to change and supports quality and workflow improvements
+ Engages in quality improvement and patient satisfaction efforts
+ Uses evidence‑based practice and research to enhance clinical outcomes
+ Demonstrates age‑appropriate care using growth and development principles across the lifespan
+ Assesses patient needs and delivers care per departmental policies and procedures
+ 0-2 years of RN experience required
+ Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills
Physical Requirements
+ Requires mobility, visual acuity, and manual dexterity
+ Physical stamina for frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient positioning
Licensure and Certifications
+ Current RN license or Temporary Practice Permit in applicable state or compact state
+ BLS/CPR required per AHA standards within 30 days of hire
+ PALS required within 1 year of hire or transfer
