Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Early Intervention

Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. The SLP will evaluate, assess, and provide therapeutic interventions that support communication, language development, and overall participation in home, community, and educational environments.
Available Opportunities
* Full-Time Opportunities (4-5 days per week)
* Part-Time Opportunities (3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on each child's unique needs.
* Provide direct speech-language therapy services in home, community, and educational settings.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members.
* Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.
* Participate in IFSP and IEP meetings as appropriate.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
* Provide education and support to families and caregivers to encourage skill development across environments.
Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
* Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License required.
* PDE Certification preferred.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
* Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children in Early Intervention or pediatric settings preferred.
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

* Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License
* PDE Certification (if applicable)
* PA Child Abuse Clearance
* Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
* FBI Fingerprint Clearance
* Act 168 Employment History Review
* Arrest/Conviction Disclosure
* Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training
* Current CPR/First Aid Certification
* PPID Number
* TB Test Clearance
