Physical Therapist / Physical Therapist Assistant (PT/PTA) Full-Time | Outpatient & Inpatient Coverage

We are seeking either a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team serving patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Schedule

Typical Four 10-Hour Daylight Shifts

+ Monday & Wednesday:
Smethport

+ Tuesday & Thursday:
Shinglehouse

+ Weekend & Holiday Rotation:
Inpatient coverage

What You'll Do

+ Evaluate, treat, and support patients in achieving their mobility and rehabilitation goals (within scope of practice).

+ Develop or implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve function, reduce pain, and restore independence.

+ Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the rehabilitation team.

+ Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and home exercise programs.

+ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

+ Complete accurate and timely documentation.

+ Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.

Physical Therapist (PT)

+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

+ Current Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.

+ Salary Range: $35.22 - $52.18/hour

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

+ Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

+ Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility) in the practicing state.

+ Salary Range: $22.56 - $32.13/hour

Licensure, Certifications & Clearances (PT & PTA)

+ BLS or CPR certification required within 30 days of hire

+ Act 33 Clearance

+ Act 34 Clearance

+ Act 73 FBI Clearance
