Provide in-home personal care and designated health related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well being;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, hair care, denture care, nail care, and skin care;
Transfer patients between bed, chair, and wheelchair; assist with bedpan/commode;
Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager;
Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required
