Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Nurse Manager and Registered Charge Nurse in an inpatient behavioral health setting;
Conduct regular safety checks on patients and engage in patient rounds observations;
Assist nurses with admission and discharge processes and support patient groups or one-on-one activities;
Assist patients with activities of daily living and meals, and escort patients as needed;
Perform patient vitals throughout the day and record data
