As LNHA, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural leader of the facility—guiding teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, and creating an environment where residents and staff thrive.

• Direct daily operations in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and excellence
• Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee engagement
• Conduct daily rounds to maintain high standards of care, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction

• Maintain survey readiness and oversee plans of correction
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, life safety, and all regulatory standards
• Review incident reports and implement proactive prevention programs
• Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer

• Oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, and financial reporting
• Review monthly financial statements and maintain fiscal responsibility
• Ensure timely bank deposits and financial controls

• Build strong relationships with residents and families
• Participate in admissions and provide tours when needed
• Represent the facility with professionalism in community and industry activities
• Support marketing and public relations initiatives

• Current, active Nursing Home Administrator license
• Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Financial acumen and operational management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A leader who values integrity, compassion, and accountability
