A leading social support charity is seeking an experienced Registered Manager (CQC) to lead one of its specialist supported living services in Hackney.

The charity provides housing, wellbeing and support services across London and the South East, helping people with complex needs to live as independently as possible.

The Hackney service supports adults with mental health needs, delivering person‑centred support that promotes recovery, independence and choice.

Salary:

C. 50,000 (negotiable based on experience).

As the Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring it meets CQC standards, delivers high‑quality care, and achieves positive outcomes for the people it supports. You'll lead and develop the team, maintain compliance and safeguarding standards, and drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be an experienced CQC Registered Manager with a strong background in mental health services and a proven ability to lead high‑performing teams.

• Must have previously held CQC registration as a Registered Manager within a regulated adult social care or mental health service.
• Must be willing and able to successfully undergo and satisfy the CQC Fit Person Interview requirements.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care or willingness to work towards.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and mental health.
• Must have the right to work in the UK. Role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Blue Light Card required.
