Location: Wyomissing Hills
Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide to provide compassionate CNA-level care in patients' homes or facilities. This full-time, Monday–Friday dayshift role focuses on comfort, safety, and dignity at end-of-life, with mileage reimbursement included.
You'll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and emotional support, document visits, and collaborate with care teams to adjust plans as patient needs change.
