Home Health Aide (HHA) - Pediatric Private Duty

Full-Time | Evening Shift | One-on-One Care

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (Weekends Available) | 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated HHA to provide 1:1 private duty care for a wonderful 14‑year‑old male child

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child
• Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

• Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience
  - Will Train!
• Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
