Location: Upper Darby
NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Health Visitor Support Worker to join a multi-disciplinary team and help promote general health and wellbeing in the community. You will provide clinical and clerical support under the guidance of Registered Nurses and Health Visitors, contributing to smooth service delivery.
The role involves four days per week (Mon-Fri) 09:00-17:00, working with families to meet individual needs, and developing communication with colleagues and clients.
