The Role

This role will be to work as part of the multi-disciplinary Health Visitor team to support initiatives in the community, taking a holistic approach to promoting general health and well being under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will also provide clinical and clerical support in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

The working pattern for this role is - 4 days between Monday - Friday (09.00am - 17.00pm)

In This Key Role, You Will
  • To work as an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Assist in the delivery of high quality care to meet individual need.
  • Assist clinicians in a variety of clinical settings as required.
  • Following training, the post holder will carry out tasks as delegated by appropriate clinicians e.g. Registered Nurse, Health Visitor.
What You'll Bring
  • SVQ III in Healthcare or working towards or equivalent working in the role.
  • Ability to work with people and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills.

A driving licence is required; this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
