Jefferson Health - 1200 Old York Road - Responsibilities:
Communicates with and supports the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners.;
Performs validated and designated direct and indirect patient care activities to meet patient care needs under the direction of licensed clinical team members.;
Actively promotes and maintains a safe patient care environment.;
Provides assistance in maintaining supplies and equipment to ensure efficient unit operations.;
Conducts patient rounds as assigned, anticipates patient needs, and responds to patient call lights or pages promptly.
