Kinzua Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, nestled in the heart of The Allegheny National Forest, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and nutrition.

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits
• Serving meals to residents in our dining areas and individual rooms
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas
• Restocking condiments, supplies, and linens as needed
• Collating and restocking dietary supplies
• Providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff members

• Prepare and serve food in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of food items, inventory, and usage
• Assure that food and supplies are stored properly and safely
• Assist with special diet planning and implementation
• Collaborate with our dietary team to ensure that all resident needs are met
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain knowledge of dietary procedures and practices
