Prime Care Medical is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work as a Behavioral Health Professional at the Pike County Correctional Facility in Lords Valley, PA. The 40-hour, Monday–Friday position operates during standard hours (8:00am–4:30pm).
Responsibilities include clinical assessments, risk assessments, hospital referrals when needed, and monitoring services for compliance with NCCHC standards.
