Our client is IMMEDIATELY seeking Community Support Professionals to provide services to adults with behavioral health, IDD, and/or autism in Plymouth Meeting.

Starts at $19/hr!

Client's available schedule

• Monday - Friday
• 8:30am - 5pm

• Conduct behavioral assessments to support individualized support plans.
• Provide direct care and supervision of assigned consumers.
• Partner with care teams and train caregivers/staff on interventions and data tracking.
• Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans.

• High school diploma/GED
• Must provide or be willing to complete Fatal Five Training
• Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations.
• Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
• Produce current CPR & First Aid certification

• Establish a relationship with the largest referral agency for behavioral health in the Philadelphia area.
• Payments processed weekly.
• Ability to grow professionally.
• Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
