* Position Summary:

** As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a school setting, you will provide direct behavior intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional, you will implement behavior support plans, collect data on student behavior and support the educational goals of students with behavioral challenges.

* Delivering direct instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principals
* Data collection and progress monitoring
* Skill acquisition support
* Implementing behavior plans and positive support plans
* Collaboration with all team members
* Documentation

* Qualifications:

**
* ** Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)** (
** Required)
*** A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field, is preferred
* Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting
