Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We’re seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support and care in a licensed community residential facility. DSPs play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Position Details:

Schedule:

Fri 2:30pm-10:30pm, Sat 6:30am–10:30pm PT24 hrs./wk.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients.
  • Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
  • Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation.
  • Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
  • Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
  • Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
  • Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
Qualifications:
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications
  • Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
