Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide school-based services for a local school district in Glenmoore, PA. This is a full time W2 position supporting a student Monday through Friday September 2026 through June 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA based programs as directed by the BCBA.
• Provide daily modeling and teacher education.
• De-escalate behaviors when applicable.
• Collect data on all programming as directed by the BCBA.
• Advise and consult with the family and other agency personnel with BCBA oversight.
• Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
• Participate with all other interdisciplinary team members effectively and efficiently.
• Attend team meetings as required.
• Adhere to Agency standards and consistently interpret and accurately perform all assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments.
• Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma.
