Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated therapy team.
Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
If you’re passionate about helping residents improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life, we’d love to have you join our team.
What You’ll DoProvide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy interventions
Monitor resident progress and response to treatment
Communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
Complete required daily documentation and treatment notes
Participate in resident care plans and interdisciplinary team meetings
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current PTA license in good standing required
Experience working with the geriatric population preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing quality resident care
Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities
Supportive and collaborative therapy department
Work with both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents
