Full-Time Counselor And Prn Staff

Promises Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday counselor and PRN staff!

This position supports one of the trusted behavioral health programs within the Advanced Recovery Systems family. Advanced Recovery Systems is the parent organization of Promises Behavioral Health, The Right Step, and The Ranch, bringing together established treatment brands with a shared commitment to expanding access to high-quality, evidence-based addiction and mental health care.

While you may work primarily with a specific facility or brand, you will be part of a larger, growing organization focused on improving patient outcomes, supporting our employees and strengthening the communities we serve.

The primary therapist provides individual, group and family therapy, crisis intervention services, psychoeducation presentations and experiential learning groups for clients and their families.

Job responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical services including individual, group and family therapy, crisis intervention services, primary process groups, psychoeducation presentations and experiential learning groups for clients and families.
• Providing oversight of residential facilities.
• Providing clinical consultation for clients and their families, and referents upon request.
• Providing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and clinical discharge summaries.
• Working closely with clinical case manager and family therapist to provide comprehensive client care.
