Itinerant Special Education Services
This itinerant position provides direct and/or consultative special education services relating to hearing impairments, including deafness, which enable students to learn in a variety of educational settings. This professional provides a comprehensive and individualized education to each student based on their hearing impairment. This professional instructs students ranging in age from 3 to 21 years who may have only a hearing impairment or additional disabilities.
This position will provide services to the school districts in Fayette, Greene, and Washington Counties. Interested applicants that may not have the PA Department of Education Certification Hearing Impaired PK-12, but that are interested in obtaining the certification are welcome to apply. EOE.
