This assignment offers flexible 2-hour to 8-hour day shifts, allowing you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle while earning $73.00 per hour providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes.

• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
• Educate family members and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and implement interventions as needed
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Pediatrics, Home Health, PICU, NICU, or related settings
• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Current BLS certification required
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment
