Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an exciting travel contract role based in Lemoyne, PA. This position involves providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients, contributing to a supportive and therapeutic work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Performs physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders/referrals
- Completes comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures
- Reviews patient records for diagnosis, medical history, precautions, and contraindications
- Establishes measurable goals and develops a treatment plan
- Reassesses treatment effectiveness and modifies goals as necessary
- Communicates patient needs and progress to the team, physician, and family members
- Consults with medical providers on patient evaluation, treatment, and discharge
- Assists in acquiring adaptive equipment to enhance patient rehabilitation programs
- Maintains documentation in line with regulations
- Adheres to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and professional standards
- Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Participates in staff development programs and obtains required continuing education
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- PA License required
- Experience with HCHB and Oasis
- Travel experience across York, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties
