Medical Assistant - Pediatric Primary Care (Temp-to-Perm)

Temp-to-perm opportunity — candidates must be interested in permanent placement

Primary

Location:

Limerick, PA

Secondary Location (as needed):
Phoenixville, PA

Candidates must be able to commute to both locations within 30 minutes or less

Week 1 (Training): 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Week 2 and ongoing:
Rotating schedule with a requirement to work one evening until 7:00 PM per week — either Monday or Tuesday

One Saturday shift per month, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, at the Phoenixville location

Rotation 1:

• Monday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Rotation 2:

• Monday: 8:30 AM - 5:00/6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Room patients
• Patient calls
• Booking appointments
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• EPIC experience is a plus

Interview Process:

• In-person interview at either the Limerick or Phoenixville location

Compliance Requirements:

• Compliance documentation is due the Wednesday before the start date
• Candidates must be ready to begin the compliance process immediately upon accepting the position
• Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the offer
• Failure to begin compliance requirements within 72 hours may result in contract cancellation

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to commute to both practice locations within 30 minutes
• Candidates must be available to work Monday or Tuesday evening until 7:00 PM
• Candidate must bring their own stethoscope if hired
