WMH RN/LPN/MA - Triage Call Center
Provides comprehensive care and clinical support to multiple clinic locations within the organization. The role involves assisting the healthcare teams across various sites to ensure high-quality patient care and consistency in clinical practices between clinics. This role may occasionally travel to other clinic locations as needed to offer hands-on support, training and collaboration.
Minimum Requirements:
- PA Licensed Practical Nurses OR PA Licensed Registered Nurse OR
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Participates in educational conferences and updates/maintains professional knowledge and skills related to areas of practice.
