Position: ED Patient Access Representative (Part Time, Nights)
Location: Orwigsburg

St. Luke's - 100 Paramount Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Identify and validate patient information in hospital information system to maintain EMR integrity;
Handle patient registration including demographics, insurance verification, and real-time insurance eligibility; process point-of-service cash collections;
Coordinate with SLPG practices, clinical/diagnostic departments, and revenue cycle to ensure excellent patient experience and accurate claim submission;
Greet and assist patients and visitors, directing them appropriately and ensuring courteous service;
Cross train across locations and campuses, with potential travel between sites
