Senior LIFE of PA - - Responsibilities:
Assist in development of comprehensive, integrated treatment programs for members;
Execute select treatments in accordance with occupational therapy Plans of Care;
Assess homebound members’ needs, including home visits and evaluations;
Train outside caregivers and family members in relevant OT protocol;
Document all member care and update care plans as necessary
