St. Luke's - 807 Lawn Avenue - Responsibilities:
Maintains clinical records of all patient contact according to hospital policy and regulatory guidelines;
Assists with the admission process and documents pertinent information;
Supports patients in Activities of Daily Living including personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, ambulation, and physical mobility;
Performs clinical procedures within scope of practice such as obtaining vital signs, recording I&O, glucometry, phlebotomy, and EKGs;
Monitors the therapeutic environment with safety checks and patient observations
