About Devereux Pocono

Located in Newfoundland, PA, Devereux Pocono provides programs and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze treatment data, behavioral trends, and incident reports
  • Identify patterns (e.g., recurring behaviors, compliance gaps) and share insights with the Quality Management Director
  • Conduct pre-inspection site visits and support audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and safety activities (including fire drills and required inspections)
  • Support continuous quality improvement initiatives using data tools such as Power BI and QCG dashboards
  • Complete Certified Investigator training requirements

Qualifications Education
  • A high school diploma with additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses
  • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare quality management related functions, including direct care experience.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, quality improvement principles, and regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis abilities using computer applications
  • Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make sound independent decisions
