Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for residents on daily basis according to work list and assignment;
Provide assistance with activities of daily living according to resident’s individualized Care Plan;
Observe and record assistance with prescribed medications;
Report refusals and/or reactions to care or medications to supervisor on duty;
Assist with dining room duties and entering required paperwork
