Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for residents on a daily basis according to work list and assignment;
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.) according to each resident's plan;
Observe and record assistance with prescribed medications as assigned;
Report refusals, reactions, or changes in resident condition to supervisor;
Document care provided and participate in shift handovers and required paperwork
