Location: New Oxford

Step into a vital role supporting students communication needs in dynamic, collaborative school environments near New Oxford, PA and the surrounding areas. Multiple onsite contract positions are available for highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to join dedicated teams for the  academic year. These K-12 and Early Intervention opportunities allow you to make a noticeable impact within various student populations, including those in regular education settings, autistic support programs, or with special educational needs.

Qualifications and

Experience:

  • Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Current PA Teaching Certification is required upon application
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience in school settings, with knowledge of EI & K-12 caseloads (preferred)
  • Strong case management, collaboration, and documentation abilities
  • Clinical Fellows welcome; agency must provide supervision fee

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person speech-language therapy across assigned elementary schools or Early Intervention (ages 3-5)
  • Serve diverse caseloads (up to 55 students for K-12), including autistic support and regular ed populations
  • Conduct assessments, write and implement IEPs, and participate in multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage case notes, progress reporting, and communication with families and staff
  • Participate in required meetings and support ongoing collaboration with educators and support staff
  • Maintain compliance with school district, state, and federal documentation requirements
