Join our team at Myerstown Nursing and Rehab as a PRN Physical Therapist and help provide high-quality rehabilitation services to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Position Type: PRN

• Deliver exceptional physical therapy services within the PT scope of practice while following all professional standards, departmental procedures, and productivity expectations
• Perform resident evaluations and assist in developing individualized short-term and long-term treatment goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans designed to maximize resident function and independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Educate residents and families regarding therapy goals, treatment plans, and home exercise programs as appropriate

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
