As aHousekeeping & Laundry Aide, you will help create a clean, comfortable, andsafe environment for residents by maintaining the facility and providing quality laundry services.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms,bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces according to established schedules and infection prevention guidelines.
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing, linens, towels, and facility laundry
• Operate laundry and housekeepingequipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment throughout the facility.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with facility policies andsafety standards.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or equipment issues promptly.
• Interact courteously and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, and team members.
• Follow all infection prevention,OSHA, and facility safety guidelines.

• Previous housekeeping,environmental services, or laundry experience in a healthcare, long-termcare, hospitality, or similar setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform repetitive taskswhile maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently andas part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and acommitment to cleanliness and resident satisfaction.
• Demonstrates compassion,professionalism, integrity, and respect when working with residents,families, and coworkers.
• Ability to provide a clean, safe,and welcoming environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents.
