School-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst ​/ BCBA

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Oxford Area School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) for the  school year.

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are
  * hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1stinstallment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

Pay
- $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
• Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

• Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
• BCBA certification
• Working experience after BCBA certification

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate

• Professional Liability Insurance

• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance

* Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.

* The school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
