Path Ways of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking dedicated Residential Direct Support Professionals to help adults with intellectual disabilities and Autism live independently and with dignity. You’ll support daily living, build routines, and participate in life-enriching activities within our residential homes.
Starting rate is $18/hour, eligible for up to $24/hour with NADSP certifications. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO after 90 days, trainings, and a 403(b) plan.
